Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she stopped her gymnastics. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is modeling. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. Within a year she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the youngest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her university education. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel took the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and was crowned sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. It's not surprising that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using the machine and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before moving on to working out. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be lightweight day, as well as the second heavier weight day.
